My phone was damaged. I filed a claim. I paid my $250 deductible. My replacement phone arrived in a few days time during the busy Christmas holiday season. I transferred my phone data via a USB-C to USB-C cablevision. The new telephone worked great. I factory reset my quondam damaged phone. I sealed the old damaged telephone in their prepaid envelope with an USPS tracking number already assigned and dropped the envelope into the outgoing mail service at the US Post Office. I entered the USPS tracking number onto the USPS Website to track information technology and signed upward to be notified of the final delivery. Asurion emailed me they received the old damaged phone. The new phone as well came with instructions for several different options to transfer your telephone data and contact information for an Asurion technician to talk you through the procedures step by step. It was an easy, unproblematic, and an awesome hassle free feel. Thank you for your awesome service and support.

My phone was lost/stolen on Friday, December. 31 mid-day. I chosen immediately, had my phone suspended and blocked the number. I went to ATT and had the replacement one ready for delivery. I didn't receive my replacement until Tuesday, Jan. 4. I was told they ordinarily overnight them and I should have had it within a mean solar day or 2.
It took four days because of the vacation. I get the holidays just if that was case I wish the person never told me they ordinarily come in i-2 days! Because that was my expectation and you guys definitely failed that one. It would exist prissy if you lot had a program in place for situations like these with holidays. I'yard a healthcare worker and don't take the luxury of having holidays off. Otherwise it was a great experience, minus the wait fourth dimension, waiting for the new one to come.

Both the wonderful employees at the AT&T store I rushed to, and Asurion, which they directed me to use to replace my phone, as it turned out I had opted to insure my phone (whew), made the feel painless. Following Asurion'southward clear instructions on their website, I ordered the replacement telephone in a handful of minutes. The site provided tracking updates while information technology was in transit and my telephone and new sim card arrived in two days, as Asurion's site had initially stated. My experience having a representative come to my house and supervene upon my screen was excellent! Excellent in every mode. However; when I first brought my phone into the store location in Newnan; Georgia for repair I was non overall happy. The admirer that helped me was respectful and professional. But he insisted I requite him my passcode and my telephone for a ii 60 minutes fourth dimension frame. He insisted he could not supercede my screen unless I did. If that'southward the example why did the agent that came to my abode not tell me to unlock my phone but asked me to turn it off?
I can't imagine why anyone would unlock a phone and hand information technology over to anyone; a total stranger, for two hours? Why? How is my info protected? It would exist similar unlocking my phone and leaving it at Macdonald's for two hours. Who would do this? Not me! Overall, the feel was good. IT was improved tremendously by the ATT Protech Support person, Veronica at the Chinatown, DC shop location. The office of the phone replacement procedure which was virtually challenging/frustrating was having to speak with multiple people between ATT and Asurion. It would be improve if employees of both were all on the same folio about the protocols. I spent at least four hours on the phone on Wed 4/28 morning and still didn't have everything sorted out. And then the day my phone was supposed to arrive equally an Asurion same-day commitment, it didn't. I wasn't notified via email and actually sat outside for 2 hours hoping it would arrive. This is an unfortunate function about non having a working telephone. It wasn't until I called the next forenoon that I was told in that location was an effect with the drop off. At this indicate, I hadn't had a working phone in virtually one week. Veronica made my twenty-four hour period with her infrequent service and expertise.

We used this service twice. The first time communication and replacement went well. The second time a year+ later, it was very confusing and stressful using the online service. We managed to become the telephone delivered a twenty-four hours later than expected. At this point the telephone is now as well former to pay the same amount per month plus the toll of the deductible on the phone. I would suggest that equally phones age, the monthly rate of insurance lowers rather than staying the same.
